All of the materials we use are CSA approved.

Based on 1,000 sq. ft., it will be completed in about 3 weeks at the most.

Trades are on site from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., unless instructed otherwise from the owner.

All materials are purchased at a local Home Depot, Lowe’s or Rona, unless specific items are requested by the owner.

Deposit required. Amount to be determined based on the job booked.

30 per cent is due at the end of week one.

30 per cent is due at the end of week two.

30 per cent is due at week three.

Final payment is due upon full completion and approval.
